The registration fee is $100 per year from the issuance of your Log in ID & Password. Please read the Terms of Use and Disclaimer before completing your registration. Payment is to be made by credit cards（VISA, Master）only.

Once your registration is complete we will send you your ID & Password to your e-mail address. Please log in from the "Log-in" page on the site. Then please proceed to the payment form for registration fee. When your payment is complete you are then able to browse the Au-pair & Nanny List. Please make contact with the au-pair/nanny of your choice through this website. Once you receive a reply from Japanese au-pairs/nannies, you are able to send e-mail directly from your email address. Japanese au-pairs/nannies are also able to directly contact you.

If you need to change or update your personal information you can do so at any time.

If you would like to cancel your registration you can do it at any time, but the payment which has been already made is non refundable.

After 1 year your registration is expired, so please renew your registration accordingly.

Terms of service, personal data handling and disclaimer

Before starting the registration, please verify the following about terms
of use, our personal data handling policy and disclaimer. If you agree, please check the button "I agree". If you disagree, please understand that the registration will not be processed.

[Personal data] For "personal data" are intended each of the different information that allow to define an individual, like the following: (Full name, Date of Birth, Full address, Telephone number, E-mail address, etc.) [Purpose of collecting personal data] We think it is necessary to understand in advance his/her past and aspirations. *By providing personal date, we will be possible to give adequate information. [Handling of personal data] All the personal data inputted by the User through our electronic media, like our registration form, will be transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. [Use of personal data] All the personal data received by the User will not be disclosed or shown to third parties without the previous consent of the User himself/herself.However, in order to improve our service and provide the information of our other service, personal information may be used. Even in this case, User’s personal data will never be disclosed or shown to third parties. [Personal data disclosure and cancellation] 1. In case of we have requested disclose of the received personal information, every other information except personal evaluation will be disclosed. 2. In case of request of cancellation, or in case either of the following will not be applicable, the registration will be cancelled. *When registered (or used), fields like career, work ability, qualifications and/or similar will be misrepresented or will constitute false statement *In case of intentional or serious error that will harm or damage the people related to the employment, our company or third parties *In case of acts that will constitute a disadvantage for the people related to the employment or our company, or that will harm its credibility and prestige [Commissioner and handling of personal data] In order to accomplish a secure handling of personal data, the company may use NDA signed third companies if considered as reliable and safe technology. [Personal data handling training in the company] Along the above mentioned criteria for personal data handling, periodical training programs are provided in our company. Furthermore, at any time when we have new employment, we provide the company a training program for employers will be carried out. The member uses this service at your own risk, and we shall not take responsibility for any damage that may arise from the use of this service. 3. Japan Au Pair Club does not take any responsibility for consequences/losses following the revoking of membership for whatever reason. 4. The member shall solve in own responsibility and cost when other members or third party is damaged by using this service or it becomes a dispute among other members or third parties, and we shall not take responsibility at all. 5. Any dispute arising from the use of this service between registered members is the sole responsibility of the members involved. Japan Au Pair club accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, resulting from the use of this service. 6. By registering with the Japan Au Pair Club service, the member acknowledges that their details are made available to other members of this service.
